Your instructor, Richard has over 50 years experience in aviation from the Air Training Corps, then following the self-improver route from PPL to ATPL.   Richard is a very experienced and highly respected commercial theory instructor who has a knack or gift of being able to “keep it simple” and relevant for his students.

Richard has been a commercial theory instructor since 1999 when he joined Oxford Aviation College, one of the world's leading aviation training establishments. Here he taught both on the ATPL full-time and brush-up courses to a wide variety of students. In 2007 he was appointed as Senior Ground Instructor for CTC Aviation in Hamilton, New Zealand primarily instructing UK students towards their Frozen ATPL Licence.
